Fees Information
Tuition Fees
Tuition fees for full courses are paid by wire transfer to the school’s bank after we have received the Certificate of Eligibility from the Tokyo Regional Immigration Bureau.
First Year Fees

• Textbooks, folders and printed materials are included in the tuition fee.
• The above fees are paid through bank transfer once we have confirmed receipt of the Certificate of Eligibility from the Tokyo Regional Immigration Bureau.
• Once fees have been paid, they cannot be refunded.
Second Year Fees

Remaining course fees are paid before the end of the first year, usually on the 11th month of study.

Short courses are only eligible for those who can arrange their own visa without needing support from the school. If support is needed, please apply for a full-term course.

Application Schedule & Eligibility
We submit applications to the Tokyo Regional Immigration Bureau four times a year.

※ Please note: It is not possible to start courses outside of the set dates.
Applicant
1.Must have graduated from the last school (high school, college, university, etc.) within 5 years of the application date.
2.Must have studied at least 150 hours of Japanese in their home country and provide a certificate of completion, or possess a Japanese proficiency certificate (JLPT, NAT-TEST, J-CERT, etc.).
Supporter
1.Must have at least ¥2,000,000 in savings to cover tuition and living expenses in Japan.
2.Must be currently employed.
3.Must be the applicant’s father, mother, uncle, or aunt. Extended family members are not accepted.
Self-Support
Only applicants from OECD countries are eligible.
